Each challenge is an opportunity for innovation. By framing it as a "How Might We" question, you unlock creative solutions. Adopting a 'less is more' philosophy ensures that focus remains on what truly matters.
In successful product launches, adaptability is crucial. There is no one-size-fits-all framework; approaches must be tailored to the specific needs of the business and team. However, the ultimate goal is always the same: a successful product launch.

The framework I find most effective is the Triple Diamond, which consists of three phases: Discover, Define, and Develop.
